- Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Gainwell healthcare and public sector solutions, ensuring clear and consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Solution Positioning: Craft and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates Gainwell's solutions in the market, tailored to public health and Medicaid stakeholders.
- Content & Collateral Development: Create and manage a wide range of marketing content, including solution briefs, white papers, case studies, and presentations that support both product-level and account-based marketing efforts.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales and account teams with the tools and training needed to effectively communicate the value of Gainwell's solutions, including battlecards, product presentations, and competitive analysis.
- Market & Competitive Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, using insights to inform product strategy and marketing messaging.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and the Field Marketing/ABM team to ensure product marketing efforts are aligned with overall go-to-market strategies and customer needs.
- Launch Management: Lead product and solution launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and strong market adoption.
- Customer Insights & Feedback: Engage with customers, prospects, and sales teams to gather feedback and insights that inform ongoing product development and marketing strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Track and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for complex solutions.
- Strong experience in crafting product positioning, messaging, and content that speaks to decision-makers in state and government agencies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage market data and insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
