As we continue to grow, we're seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our team and manage the Trumbull County territory.This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong sales skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to both grow new accounts and nurture existing ones. You'll report directly to the Sales Manager.Key Responsibilities:Identify and sign new customers through cold calling and prospectingGrow existing customer accounts with regular visits and weekly check-insPresent new product opportunities and review weekly promotional flyersProvide training on ordering systems and support toolsAct as the communication bridge between ABL and retail clientsMaintain accurate records of customer visits and ordersTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptlyCoordinate participation and customer registration for the Annual Trade ShowParticipate in monthly sales meetingsRequirements:2+ years of sales and relationship-building experienceStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Professional, dependable, and proactive attitudeComfortable using Microsoft Office 365; AS400 experience is a plusAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilitiesValid driver's license and clean driving recordPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periodsMust be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs🎁 Benefits:Paid time off (PTO)Health benefits401(k) retirement planSupportive team and long-term career opportunitiesReady to represent a company with over five decades of industry leadership?
