- Performs preventive maintenance and repair work orders for facility mechanical systems, minor electrical, minor plumbing, and other installed systems.
- Performs facility inspections, reporting on conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
- General interior maintenance – hang pictures, install keyboard trays, repair office furniture systems, repair doors, replace ceiling tiles, etc.
- Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment and/or as directed.
- Replace lighting lamps and ballasts.
- In air handlers clean surfaces, change filters, lubricate.
- Work together with others in a collaborative manner. Able to communicate with building occupants about the work.
- Completes related administrative tasks including paperwork and iPad records.
- Must be willing and able to support any after-hours building related activity as required.
- Participates as a member of the voluntary on-site emergency response team.
- Other tasks as assigned
