- Own segmentation, journey mapping, and personalized channel experiences across email and other digital channels, in collaboration with Product, Data, and Marketing teams.
- Manage and optimize brand, editorial, and product marketing campaigns to drive guest retention and engagement, including ongoing A/B testing and performance reporting.
- Oversee the strategy, execution, and performance analysis of always-on marketing franchises as well as topical heat moments.
- Own content calendars to ensure relevant, consistent messaging across channels.
- Lead go-to-market planning for Resy product feature launches, partnering with Product and Marketing stakeholders to develop surround-sound, cross-channel campaigns.
- Analyze and present CRM performance metrics regularly to senior stakeholders; maintain a comprehensive measurement plan for all lifecycle and CRM initiatives.
- Manage the creative development and approval process across digital marketing campaigns and placements, liaising with Legal, Compliance, Brand, and external agencies
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution for email and app & web placements including set-up, deployment, and post-launch performance coupled with go-forward plans.
- Partner with internal Product, Data, and Restaurant Partnerships stakeholders to understand guest and restaurant needs, developing marketing plans to drive guest engagement.
- Assess opportunities to deliver more robust reporting suites across campaigns to highlight variances in performance (content, engagement, etc.) across different segments (e.g. Priority City view)
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing roles, ideally with a focus on email.
- Strong background in email marketing platforms, marketing analytics, and customer segmentation.
- Experience managing large-scale, personalized campaigns and optimizing performance through testing.
- Experience managing go-to-market planning for product launches
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy; familiarity with tools like Looker, Simon Data.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with end-to-end campaign execution (planning, set-up, legal reviews, etc.) and ability to independently move timelines forward
- Experience consolidating and delivering campaign insights across teams and up to leadership.
- Highly analytical, proven ability to synthesize complex topics and use funnel performance data to make business recommendations across channels (heavy Excel experience a must, experience with Adobe reports preferred).
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and ability to lead large groups of matrixed partners across the Enterprise, including Marketing, Operations, Product, and Data. Ability to act as a confident PMO for team to prioritize work and back logs across complete Snr Manager team remit
- Experience learning new technology and managing email service platforms; while experience with platforms like Simon Data, Klayvio or Salesforce is not required, it's a nice to have.
- Positive self-starter with a thirst to move quickly and challenge what's been done
- Highly organized and comfortable delivering results across multiple workstreams simultaneously; attention-to-detail is critical
