Associate’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the Sciences, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or 15 years of experience in lieu of a degree
10 years of experience working on engineering teams
5 years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software such as Teamcenter
Ability to speak, read, and write English
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the Sciences, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
Technical documentation proficiency
Familiarity with navigation and sensor technologies
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of configuration management principles
Familiarity with engineering change processes
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Prepare and assist with the creation and verification of engineering change notices
Coordinate engineering change notices by engaging various stakeholders such as configuration management, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering
Perform engineering drawing checks against redlines and parts lists to ensure proper implementation
Perform copyediting and proofreading on engineering reports
Provide general support to the Sensing, Guidance & Navigation Electrical Engineering team by researching component datasheets and data mining in Teamcenter
