- Accelerates new product delivery by supporting the development of customer correspondence that aligns with business and regulatory requirements
- Improves customer experience through accurate, timely, and consistent communication delivered via preferred channels (print, online and email)
- Bridges business and technical teams by translating requirements into system-ready logic, rules, and formatting specs for correspondence output
- Drives cross-platform alignment by collaborating with product, operations, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end coverage of customer communication management
- Supports compliance and branding by ensuring all correspondence aligns with regulatory requirements and brand standards
- Leverage your insurance industry/technology experience and analytical skills to identify and communicate requirements
- 3+ years of systems analysis or business analysis experience supporting correspondence or document generation platforms
- Ability to translate business requirements into system-ready specifications for automated document generation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, Compliance, Product, Operations)
- Comfortable working in agile or hybrid delivery models
- Familiarity with digital and print delivery channels and third-party print vendors
- Experience with end-to-end correspondence lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for working cross-functionally with product managers, compliance, IT and operations
- Demonstrated ability to form meaningful partnerships (internal/external) at all organizational levels resulting in practical solutions to complex problems
- Excellent problem solving, root cause analysis, critical and strategic thinking skills

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
