Yoh is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for a 4 m onth contract to join our client, Onsite, reporting to their office in Horsham, PAThe Accounts Payable Analyst is a key member of the Corporate Accounts Payable Dept. responsible for ensuring invoices are entered processed and coded correctly.
  • 3+ years experience of Accounts Payables experience
  • $28/hr. max pay rate
  • 40 hours a week, occasional OT as necessary
What You Will Be Doing
  • Process and verify invoices using JD Edwards AP systems, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Scan, index, and upload documentation into Feith Imaging System for recordkeeping and audit purposes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including responding to inquiries, performing ACH verifications, and maintaining vendor records.
  • Monitor and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies and following up on unpaid items.
  • Support general AP functions and perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth financial operations.
Who You Are
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
  • Candidates with experience in JD Edwards, Concur and vendor management will be strongly preferred.
  • MS Excel, Adobe, Outlook expereince required
