
Restaurant Service Manager – Upscale Dining (We close at 9pm)

- Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for all guests.
- Lead and develop front-of-house staff through training, performance management, and ongoing support.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate schedules and staffing needs to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Monitor dining area cleanliness and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow between the front and back of house.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement and work with leadership to implement new procedures or initiatives.
- Base salary of up to $70,000, commensurate with experience and skills
