HCM / PEO business consultant needed for fast-growing provider of HR administration, payroll, and benefits. The Business Consultant will generate new opportunities through networking and using channel partners.This position is 100% onsite.Responsibilities include initiating new business in an assigned territory, meeting / exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas, analyzing products and services to meet client needs, preparing executive summaries for clients, and meeting with clients throughout implementation.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic. Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and willingness to grow and learn are also essential to the position.Candidates with a high school diploma or greater and 2-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
