We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team! We are looking for someone with mechanical and electrical expertise to support, service, and maintain paper bag manufacturing equipment across the U.S. and Canada with extensive travel required.About the Company:

Responsibilities
  • Commission and install machinery at customer sites
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to client teams
  • Maintain strong professional communication and relationships with customers during service visits
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with industrial or paper bag machinery
  • Strong mechanical and electrical background with proven troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics
  • Comfortable with travel
  • Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
