The Regional On-Site Manager will oversee multiple on-site staffing programs within a designated region. Acting as the primary point of contact between clients, branch teams, and on-site staff, this role ensures seamless day-to-day operations, strong client relationships, and consistent service delivery. Additionally, the Regional On-Site Manager is accountable for identifying opportunities to expand service lines, increase placements, and drive revenue growth within their client portfolio. This role offers a car allowance and is bonus-eligible.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, branch teams, and on-site staffing teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactively address and resolve client concerns with a focus on long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Program Oversight
  • Oversee several on-site programs, ensuring consistent execution of service delivery and compliance with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with on-site managers to track performance metrics, retention, attendance, and overall program health.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and enhance program effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and support on-site managers and coordinators across multiple locations.
  • Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure proper training, communication, and support is in place to enable team success.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Partner with branch teams to ensure timely fulfillment, accurate timekeeping, smooth onboarding, and high workforce productivity.
  • Monitor payroll, billing, and compliance processes for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements that reduce costs and increase operational effectiveness.
  • Strategic Growth & Business Development
  • Identify opportunities to grow headcount, increase fill rates, and expand services within existing client sites.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to introduce new service offerings or staffing solutions based on client needs.
  • Leverage insights from client operations to propose value-added solutions that strengthen partnerships and drive account growth.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and help position Accurate Personnel as a strategic workforce partner.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or client services, including 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing multiple accounts or sites.
  • Strong track record of driving client satisfaction, operational performance, and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite and staffing industry technologies (e.g., VMS, ATS).
Travel Requirements:
  • Frequent travel between client sites within the assigned region (up to 75%).
