Pettirosso is a 5-bed youth psychiatric residential home for female adolescents ages 14-17, located in Gloucester County, NJ.SIGN ON BONUS: $500What you'll do
  • Provide direct supervision to youth in the home
  • Shifts vary (7a-3p, 3p-11p weekdays and weekends totaling 40hrs/wk)
  • Assist with skills training and independent living responsibilities (cooking, laundry, budgeting)
  • Take residents out in the community (outings, drs appts etc)
  • Learn and be a part of providing supervision to youth via The Nurtured Heart philosophy
  • Work closely with the clinical therapist, case manager, nurse, psychiatrist and director in implementation of youth treatment plan goals

What you'll bring to the team
  • Bachelors Degree
  • OR High School graduate with 3 or more years of experience providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional/school setting
  • Energy and a passion to assist our youth in a residential setting
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle, an acceptable driving record, and complete background and drug screenings.
