VCA Milwaukee Emergency Center for Animals (MECA) is a fast-paced, 24/7 emergency/critical care practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

A customer service representative is needed to join our 24-hour emergency and critical care hospital. Our hospital has been serving the Milwaukee community for over 10 years. We are a high-volume emergency practice that sees a unique case load of dogs, cats and exotics, and believe in providing the best possible care to our patients. We are looking for a compassionate, hardworking individual that enjoys a fast paced environment and values the ability to learn and grow within their role.
We are proud of our support staff who are dedicated to delivering the highest quality care to our patients, pet owners, and referring veterinarians. The main functions of this position are to greet clients and their pets as they enter the hospital, answer incoming phone calls and direct all client communications appropriately, maintain client and patient records, handle client inquiries and concerns according to established guidelines, and complete payment transactions for veterinary services.

- High School Diploma.
- Must have experience working in customer service.
- Experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic is strongly preferred.
**Note: This position will be primarily evening shifts, 2:00pm-10:00pm and 4:00pm-12:00am. Rotating weekends and holidays are required.
