We can’t wait to see what you’ll bring to the table!Title of Position: Training & Development CoordinatorJob Description: As the Training and Development Coordinator, you will design, develop, and implement employee training programs by conducting needs assessments, creating curriculum, and delivering sessions in various formats. You’ll manage training budgets, track participation, and evaluate program success through feedback to ensure alignment with employee and company needs. Collaborating with department heads, you’ll address skills gaps with tailored plans that support team growth, while coordinating with HR to ensure compliance with policies.
