- Start working as a resident assistant.
- After 3 successful months working as a resident assistant, sign up for a CNA class schedule that works with YOUR schedule. Dove Healthcare covers all costs!
- Participate in the 75-hour CNA Class - WE WILL PAY YOU TO ATTEND!
- Take the state exam to obtain your Wisconsin Nurse Aide Certification.
- Upon successfully completing the CNA Class and passing the state exam, you will be eligible for a wage increase.
- Receive on the job, paid training to work as a resident assistant.
- Get paid over $1,000 for attending the CNA Class, plus Dove Healthcare pays for the class and testing fees.
- Start as a resident assistant and quickly move up our career ladder by becoming a CNA.
