Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a talented associate with 1 to 4 years of experience to join its Product Liability and Consumer Disputes team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative, market-leading practice group and provide strategic counsel to sophisticated clients across diverse industries.Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
Prepare legal motions, briefs, and other pleadings in compliance with court rules and deadlines.
Take depositions, draft deposition summaries, and analyze testimony to inform case strategy.
Review legal documents and conduct research to support litigation strategy and case development.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
Member in good standing of the Texas State Bar.
1 to 4 years of litigation experience, preferably with product liability and consumer disputes.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to occasionally provide after-hours, overtime, or weekend support as needed.
