Pay: $27 to $35 Per Hour BOE
Licenses/Certifications Required:Responsibilities:
- Install, bend, and remove conduit to accommodate wiring needs.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Pull electrical wiring through conduit and connect it to circuit breakers, transformers, and outlets.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including conduit, lighting fixtures, electrical panels, transformers, switches, and motors.
- Proven experience in commercial electrical installations, supported by an apprenticeship or equivalent background.
- Possession of necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and hand tools.
- Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be able to talk or hear, sit, stand, bend, stoop, stretch, twist, use hands, and/or reach out for prolonged periods of time
- Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Must be able to climb stairs, ladders, and poles.
- Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
- Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions
- Must be able to work around wood dust and fumes
- Maybe exposed to heights and loud noises
- Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be aware of OSHA safety standards
The anticipated salary range for this position is $27 to $35 Per Hour, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.Benefits Summary
