Neenah, WIPay rate of $25.21/hour-$26.50/hour.This is a Second Shift Position (3PM-11PM) Work a set shift. No rotation.Responsibilities:
  • Strip and repaint paper machine roll components.
  • Operate automated roll washing equipment.
  • Perform roll shipping and receiving functions using overhead cranes.
  • Load rolls and parts into lathes and other processing equipment.
  • Operate a fork truck to move parts and materials throughout the facility.
  • Package rolls and parts for shipment.
  • Perform all job requirements according to procedures as outlined in the VOITH Quality Manual, Company Procedures, and Work Instructions.
  • Reports problems to higher levels of authority as required by the Quality System.
  • All other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must possess mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic computer literacy is required.
  • Experience with operation of cranes, fork trucks, or other material handling equipment is desired, but not required.
  • Previous experience with paper machine rolls is a plus.
  • High School graduate or equivalent is required.
