- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, book accommodations, and manage expense reports
- Project Support: Assist with project coordination, deadline tracking, and status reporting
- Client Relations: Provide professional support to clients and maintain positive business relationships
- Research Tasks: Conduct market research, gather information, and prepare summaries for management review
- Administrative Operations: Manage office supplies orders, vendor relationships, and general administrative tasks
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience: 2-3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, virtual work experience preferred
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
