- Candidates hired in this position will work in person but will have the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule following successfull onsite completion of probationary period and approval of program leadership
- Participate in TOT training workshops and TOT consultation with model developers
- Facilitate parent and foster parent groups and maintain Approved Facilitator status
- Train Case Planners and Support Staff to conduct high-quality groups with fidelity to the model
- Guide staff in helping group participants apply skills in their daily lives, particularly working toward reunification and reducing placement disruptions
- Observe all assigned group sessions, rate fidelity, and provide written and verbal feedback to facilitators using a strength-based approach
- Track and monitor children entering and exiting care between the ages of 0-48 months to assess for Attachment by behavioral Catch Up (ABC).
- Meet with participants to share information and recruit for ABC, PTC, and KEEP models.
- Provide and document consultation for facilitators to support model fidelity.
- Model and teach best practices related to documentation of groups in Connections and other data systems as needed
- Monitor and work to improve outcomes related to the model
- Monitor and assist staff in utilizing tools and tracking data related to the model
- Identify documentation issues; complete and/or facilitate data cleanup as needed
- Coordinate outreach efforts across casework staff, Homefinding, Intake and Support Services, ensuring a coherent and consistent approach to participant recruitment and retention
- Coordinate the provision of groups to meet participants’ needs (timing, language, etc.)
- Communicate and collaborate with consultants, other agencies, and ACS as needed
- Model and teach effective integration of models within the overall framework of Youth and Family Development
- Assist in creation and facilitation of parent and/or foster parent advisory groups to explore opportunities for continuous program improvement
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, HS/GED required
- Applicants must be Approved Facilitators as certified by the model developers
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
