
Partner Success Sales Associate II

- Serve as the primary support for Outside Sales Reps, addressing high-level customer inquiries and assisting in account management to maximize revenue & gross margin on assigned book of business.
- Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and business reviews to support the sales process.
- Conduct customer research to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and account growth (eg cross sell, margin expansion, revenue growth)
- Sales Operational Excellence
- Manage Salesforce data, including account updates, pipeline tracking, and reporting to support sales representatives.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Customer Success & Retention
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers & suppliers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Adapt day-to-day activities to meet the unique needs of customers.
- Team Collaboration & Coordination
- Partner closely with sales reps and other sales roles, including EB Sales Engineers and store counter sales teams, to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
- Facilitate effective handoffs and communication between teams to maintain account continuity and satisfaction.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating partner meetings with outside sales representatives.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service, preferably in distribution or related industries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Technical sales in the Pro AV industry a plus
- Experience working with a distributor-based sales model a plus
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
