We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our team in McKinney. The Machine Operator will be responsible for safely operating production equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor machines to ensure production goals are met.Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues.Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.Maintain accurate records of production, materials, and machine performance.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.Support other team members and departments as needed.Requirements:Ability to carry up to 40 lbs. regularly and stand for 8+ hours per shift.Basic reading, writing, and math skills.Basic computer skills, including navigating systems and performing simple data entry.Strong attention to detail and organization.Good communication and listening skills with the ability to follow directions.Hand dexterity and ability to work efficiently with tools and packaging materials.Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.Willingness to work overtime if needed.Schedule:1st and 2nd shifts available (specify as needed).Benefits:Weekly pay.Opportunity for long-term employment and growth.Safe and team-oriented work environment.If interested please visit us at 401 S Central Expy Suite 103 McKinney, Tx 75070.
