- Patrol the property to identify and report any hazards, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity.
- Serve as a reassuring and visible presence to deter disruptions and promote safety.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally, escalating as needed to management or emergency services.
- Oversee access control procedures and ensure visitor protocols are followed.
- Greet and assist tenants, guests, and vendors with courtesy and professionalism.
- Answer questions, provide directions, and help create a positive first impression of the property.
- Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and respect.
- Submit and track maintenance requests; perform light property inspections.
- Coordinate with vendors on-site, verify service quality, and report issues to management.
- Maintain safety and janitorial supply levels and place orders when needed.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in safety/security, property operations, or customer service preferred.
- Calm and resourceful under pressure, especially during emergency situations.
- Tech-savvy: Familiar with Microsoft Office, radios, and basic reporting systems.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to build relationships and interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.

- This position involves a mix of outdoor patrol duties and indoor administrative work.
- The employee will spend prolonged periods standing and walking, monitoring property conditions, and interacting with guests and vendors.
- Office duties may require sitting at a desk for extended periods, using a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
- The employee is regularly required to speak and listen and may occasionally be required to reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The indoor office environment is generally quiet to moderately noisy and climate-controlled.
- The outdoor environment may expose the employee to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain, as well as moderate to high noise levels.
