- Oversee employee education about company benefits, enrollment in programs, and policies/procedures.
- Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and surveys to develop competitive compensation plan.
- Complete compensation analysis company-wide to ensure standardized process for salary increases.
- Manage the selection, training and development of staff in the benefits department.
- Manage the implementation and usage of compensation tools to guide managers through compensation decisions.
- Evaluate benefits programs and policies to ensure that processes are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Oversee data entry/modifications in HR records and ensure data integrity in both UKG and Oracle HR systems.
- Manage the Leave of Absence management process and review ADA accommodation requests.
- Participate in regression testing both for system modifications and during new system implementations.
- Partner with other departments to complete projects as assigned including but not limited to internal audits, HRIS data audits, and assist with merger and acquisition processes.
- Assists other team members in supporting, organizing, and executing departmental projects.
- Monitor effectiveness of human resources programs with an eye on continuous improvements. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements.

QualificationsAbout You:Skills and Experience
- A bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of Human Resources experience; at least two (2) years in a supervisory position required.
- Must possess high ethical standards and possess an expert ability to handle confidential, sensitive and critical issues.
- Must have proficient computer software skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Desired excel skills include use of formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and graph creation. Desired Word skills include mail merge.
- Experience with UKG and Oracle R12 and Fusion applications preferred.
- Experience in a telecommunications or construction environment is desirable; experience working in multi-site company required.
- Expert ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while managing internal customer expectations and resetting accordingly.
- Effective project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Solid ability to collaborate effectively with others and to facilitate discussions between management and staff. Solid ability to negotiate and to clearly present ideas to influence outcomes.
- Solid knowledge of employment law and various HR disciplines.
- Solid ability to think strategically and problem solve through conceptual thinking, analytical and planning skills.
- Solid ability to accept accountability and has a “can do” attitude.
- Ability to travel as needed.

- Compensation of $70k-80k salary, depending on the experience
