Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinical staff. Deliver comprehensive care plans and promote health and wellness.Qualifications
Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA). Active DEA license for Indiana. Current BLS certification.Preferred Attributes
