Own the full life-cycle of an assigned product while working for a leading U.S. manufacturer of high-efficiency boilers, water heaters, and pool heaters. Highly competitive compensation and bonus opportunities, and potential for career growth.
  • Own the full lifecycle of assigned products from concept through end-of-life.
  • Conduct market research, voice-of-customer, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Engineering to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to develop launch plans, training, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance (P&L responsibility) and drive the profitability of the product portfolio.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to internal teams and key customers.
  • Stay current with market trends, energy efficiency regulations, and emerging technologies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 5+ years of product management, product marketing, or applications engineering experience-preferably in HVAC, hydronics, or related capital equipment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proven success in launching and managing profitable product lines.
