
Accounting Consultant - Consolidations

- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement consolidation process for multiple entities, including domestic and international subsidiaries.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
- Ensure intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and equity method accounting are accurately recorded.
- Assist with the preparation of 10-Q and 10-K filings, including footnote disclosures and supporting schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to support audit and review procedures.
- Maintain and improve consolidation processes and internal controls.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate accounting, with a focus on financial consolidations.
- Experience working in or with publicly traded companies.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Proficiency with consolidation software (e.g., Oracle FCCS, OneStream, Hyperion, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Big Four or large regional public accounting experience.
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting.
- Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS) is a plus.
