- Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sale or post sales service contract related activities.
- Develop new business via telephone and email, and identify appropriate buyers within the organizations.
- Incorporate strategic and consultative sales techniques; discuss with the customers their business environment, identify their priorities, and determine the most appropriate Lumenis solution that speaks to their needs.
- Utilize professional selling expertise and business acumen to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Requires 2 - 4 years of proven track record of above quota achievement in Inside Sales environment; solutions based sales to B2B is highly preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of a consultative or solutions based sales process comprising of prospecting, qualifying solution building, objection handling and closing is a must.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent telephone presentation, oral and written communication skills;
- A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Advanced negotiation and objection handling skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
