Key Responsibilities:Lead the creation and execution of multi-year strategies for systems, teams, and major projectsOversee team performance, resource allocation, and compliance with development processesProvide strategic direction and mentorship to team leads and engineers across multiple initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with business and IT leaders to identify needs and design solutionsDrive continuous improvement through performance metrics and operational health indicatorsManage project and operational budgets, ensuring alignment with business goalsChampion talent development, performance management, and employee engagement within your teamsServe as a primary liaison with executive stakeholders including VPs, PMs, and business unit leadersContribute innovative ideas to optimize workflows, enhance delivery, and improve ROITravel as needed: approximately 10-30%Qualifications:5+ years of experience in software development, including several years in a leadership roleProven ability to lead teams within Agile, DevOps, and ITSM/ITIL frameworksStrong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders5–8+ years of front-end development experience, with expert-level knowledge of ReactJSProficiency in Node.js and/or Next.js is preferred; AngularJS experience will also be considered5+ years of experience managing teams or acting as a team leadExperience working within Agile and/or SAFe environmentsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
