- Lead a team of electrical engineers working the design, integration, qualification, and test of electrical ground support equipment.
- Oversee all aspects of the electrical design ensuring compliance to established command media and customer requirements.
- Single point of contact for all electrical engineering matters to multiple customers and peers which include the EE department, other functional departments, program management, and the customer
- Collaborates with other disciplines to address EE requirement impacts into total system design
- Performs Cost Account Management (CAM), reports variances, earned value, and provides inputs to program master schedule
- Develops and presents technical material to all levels of customers to represent the program and ensure compliance to all requirements
- Detailed understanding and application of company electrical engineering technical standards.
- Detailed technical expertise and working knowledge of other related disciplines.
- Actively and effectively participates and contributes in a positive manner while supporting team decisions and goals.

- Derives requirements through multiple sources of documentation and design meetings.
- Evaluate uncertainty and risks associated with requirements and designs.
- Patriciate in trade studies for both internal projects and procured equipment.

- Provides formal review of complex engineering designs and analyses.
- Completing day-to-day activities with no oversight of senior engineers.
- Leadership of engineering teams.
- Design, test, qualification, or integration experience with launch vehicle or missile products.
- Design, test, and/or integration and deployment of electrical ground support equipment (EGSE) or test support equipment (TSE).
- Design, test, programming, and/or integration and deployment of automated test equipment (ATE).
- Experience with classified test systems or systems subject to cyber security policies.
- Testing of avionics, electronic components, or electrical systems using purpose designed test equipment.
- Burndown of nonconformances and/or root cause failure analysis of electronic systems.
- Release of engineering documentation including technical drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
- Problem solving not only for technical issues, but also for schedule, cost, resource and other project challenges.
- Mentoring and cross-training team members across a diverse set of technologies and equipment architectures used to meet customer requirements.
- Knowledgeable with the use of basic test equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, DMMs, and electronic loads.
- Circuit design and analysis.
- LabVIEW programming and NI hardware and software products.
- Contributions to process improvement initiatives.
- Management or tracking of projects through a product life cycle.
- Support of manufacturing engineering during the production of test equipment products.
- Requires 8 years with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or 6 years with a Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
