- Run day‑to‑day operations of the Digital organization (capacity planning, intake/prioritization, release cadence, resourcing, and continuous improvement).
- Translate firm strategy into executable operating plans, OKRs, and dashboards; hold teams accountable to outcomes and timelines.
- Own escalation management for delivery risks and client issues; lead incident/problem/change (IPC) practices and post‑mortems with corrective actions.
- Establish and enforce delivery standards, playbooks, and SLAs across advisory, implementation, software, data/AI, and cybersecurity offerings.
- Monitor health metrics (on‑time delivery, cycle time, backlog aging, adoption, NPS/CSAT) and drive root‑cause remediation.
- Lead workforce planning and utilization management; align hiring, onboarding, and skills development to demand forecasts.
- Build a strong bench of delivery leaders and managers; coach for performance, inclusion, and succession.
- Govern strategic vendors/partners (SOWs, SLAs, escalations, performance/QBRs) to augment delivery capacity and capability.
- Own P&L for the Digital portfolio; manage forecasting, pricing, utilization, margin, and working capital (WIP/AR/DSO).
- Drive operating rhythms (QBRs, portfolio and pipeline reviews) to ensure transparency and disciplined decision‑making.
- Optimize tooling and process automation to lower unit cost while improving client experience and scale.
- Partner closely with industry/service leaders, IT/Product & Data, Marketing, Finance, and People Solutions to align plans and dependencies.
- Partner with change management and enablement for new offerings, releases, and process changes; equip client‑facing teams with plays and readiness assets.
- Represent Digital operations with executive leadership; provide clear reads on performance, risks, and investment needs
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years leading operations for digital/product, professional services, or managed services businesses, with accountability for delivery, quality, utilization, and margin.
- Operational Competencies: Operating model design; delivery governance; IPC/ITIL practices; portfolio and release management; workforce planning; vendor governance; KPI/OKR management; financial acumen (forecasting, pricing, WIP/AR).
- Technical & Data Literacy: Familiarity with secure SDLC/SSDLC, cloud platforms, analytics/AI, and data governance concepts; comfort partnering with architecture, security, and data leaders.
- Preferred Certifications: Agile/SAFe, ITIL, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Security, and/or Data/AI credentials.
- Travel: Up to ~25% for client engagements, market events, and leadership meetings as business needs require.
