  • Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates
  • Mentor junior staff and support team development

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project management
  • Experience with industrial or commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
