ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ronald Demyers - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will be expected to cross sell based on customer/prospect needs. Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
Train and mentor customer service representatives.
Build and Trainee current and future team on process and procedures.
Maintain and/or create an outgoing professional environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
Two years Allstate, State, Farm, or Liberty Mutual experience.
Licensed in Property, Casualty., Life and Health.
Leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work on location is a must (Monday though Friday (9am to 6pm).
