- 🖼️ Execute Visual Standards: Own visual execution across the store, including seasonal floor sets, marketing signage, lighting displays, and occasional basic installations like wallpapering or electrical updates-always aligned with Wayfair's brand standards.
- 🤝 Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with leaders and team members to ensure visual priorities are aligned, well-executed, and adapted to sell-through or sales trends as needed.
- 👀 Maintain Presentation Excellence: Conduct daily and weekly walk-throughs using the Visual Merchandising Checklist to assess and improve store presentation with a sharp, strategic eye.

- 🛋️ Visual Merchandising Experience: 1-3 years of in-store visual merchandising experience required. Background in home furnishings or interior design is a plus.
- 📐 Retail Sales Insight: 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing sales roles, preferably in home goods, décor, or furnishings.
- 🗺️ Planogram Know-How: Experience reading and executing store layouts or planograms preferred.
- 📆 Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
- 🧠 Organizational Strength: A multitasking pro with top-notch time management, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize on the fly.
- 💻 Tech Confidence: Comfortable using visual merchandising software, devices, and other store tools to support planning and execution.
- 💪 Physical Activity: Frequent standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and crawling.
- 🧎 Mobility & Movement: Frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching throughout the day.
- 📦 Lifting Ability: Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- 👀 Vision Requirements: Includes close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- 🌡️ Temperature Flexibility: Comfortable in environments with varying temperature conditions.
