Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.Qualifications· 5-8 years of experience in digital production, marketing, or a related field.· Proven experience managing and mentoring a team in a digital content or production environment.· Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.· Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as marketing, creative, merchandising, and operations.· A strategic thinker with a keen ability to identify critical moments and manage risks effectively.· Expertise in using data and analytics to drive decisions, optimize processes, and improve outcomes.· Ability to design and implement training initiatives to promote team growth and development.· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.· A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to design content strategies that align with customer needs and expectations.· Experience in process optimization and recommending improvements for operational efficiencyAdditional Qualifications (Preferred):· Experience working with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Adobe Workfront.· Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and content management systems (CMS).· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
