- Prospect and generate leads by identifying and targeting potential referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and other healthcare providers across Arizona.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations and demonstrations of our in-home care services, highlighting personalized options such as certified aide assistance, companion care, skilled nursing, and specialized programs to address client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, discharge planners, and family decision-makers, to foster ongoing referrals and partnerships.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, utilizing market analysis and competitive insights to optimize outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including care coordinators and operations staff, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction post-sale.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools, providing regular updates to leadership on market trends and opportunities in Arizona's homecare sector.
- Participate in community events, networking functions, and industry conferences to raise awareness of our services and position the organization as a leader in senior homecare.
- Stay informed on Arizona's healthcare regulations, Medicaid/Medicare policies, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations and ensure compliance in all sales efforts.
- Handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close sales while maintaining a client-centered approach that emphasizes empathy and trust.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience in sales may be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably within the homecare, hospice, or senior services industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Arizona healthcare market, including familiarity with regional demographics, referral networks, and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with experience in consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and families.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote or field-based setting while managing time and priorities effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within Arizona; willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Passion for senior care and a commitment to ethical sales practices that prioritize client well-being.
- Preferred: Certification in healthcare sales or related credentials, such as Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) or experience with managed care organizations.
