We carry a full line of medical equipment and supplies along with professional healthcare products. We have an immediate opening for Customer Service/Patient intake staff. Medical equipment experience is a plus. Retail experience required.Job duties include, but are not limited to:*Become knowledgeable in our products, explain benefits, features, prices, quality, and other information to clients.*Assist in daily operations of the store.
Maintain relationships with clients and referral sources.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
*Assist with physical inventory and review merchandise orders and inventory levels.*Assist customers and referral sources in selecting medical equipment and supplies.*Provide courteous customer service in person and on the phone.*Maintain a neat, organized sales floor.*Assist with customer concerns and complaints.*Process customer transactions.*Deliver equipment to customers.*Other job tasks, as necessary.Qualifications:*Must be at least 25 years of age.
High school degree or equivalent.
*Strong Customer Service skills.*Must have a valid driver’s license.
