- Work as a strategic partner with hotel management to plan out employee teams who add to the culture
- Recruit team members that enhance our culture of service and thrive on creating great moments for guests
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws
- Manage the employee hello-to-goodbye cycle
- Lead employee experience programs: culture committee, employee development, and recognition
- Handle benefits and open enrollment for assigned locations
- Serve as a resource for employees to answer questions and support their success
- Facilitate related training and development programs as needed
- BA/BS Degree in a field relevant to Human Resources
- 10+ years of experience in a progressive Human Resources role
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent HR certification preferred
