- The Sr. Director of Human Resources will play a key role in supporting HR operations and driving HR technology initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have a blend of HR knowledge and technical proficiency, allowing them to optimize ADP's potential and ensure seamless experience for HR professionals and employees.
- implementation of new people operations processes, programs, and systems with focus that optimize technology, enable organizational unification, and build excellence in all areas of our employment-cycle while enhancing the use of our HCM system, ADP’s potential.
- You help design and implement “best-for-us” tools and processes for new hire processing, payroll, benefits administration, performance management tools, learning management (LMS) systems, compensation, applicant tracking (ATS) and total rewards administration
- You apply your change management, analytical, problem solving and project management skills and capabilities along with your Human Resources expertise to deliver people operations solutions that harmonize practices across the enterprise; provide user communication and training to accelerate employee adoption; and create an exceptional employee experience.
- in collaboration with cross-functional teams lead build-out and implement ADP; enterprise-wide HR systems, tools, and processes that achieve HR operational excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required a Master’s degree preferred and10+ years of experience working with ADP WFN HRIS
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Experienced in strategic HR conversations, project management, change management, and data analytics.
- Strong experience with ADP HCM, Learning, Talent and other HR modules.
- Expert in configuring, testing, and implementing ADP features and functionality.
- In-depth knowledge of the ADP HRIS system and its configuration capabilities.
