- Solicit and gather Operations business requirements and improvement opportunities. Work with business partners and project managers to design and deliver digital solutions.
- Ability to work proactively, independently and autonomously when required.
- Lead solution design of ERP, MES and/or warehouse automation integrating systems.
- General IT Project Management, delivering business benefits on time, within scope and within budget.
- Definition of project scope and objectives, assessment of alternative solutions, technical feasibility, and risk management conforming to RAI enterprise guidelines.
- Plan and deliver targeted communications that meet project and stakeholder needs; create detailed documents and business presentations to key stakeholders.
- Leveraging internal and external networks of peers and cross-functional relationships to drive strategy, to influence and manage change.
- Effectively engaging with contracted vendor services, providing input to help monitor and improve the vendor's performance.
- Maintaining awareness of emerging technology, communicating value/impact for supported functions.
- Testing, integrating, and maintaining technology services, considering cross-functional business needs and Company goals.
- Troubleshooting and coordinating issue resolution with cross functional teams and vendors.
- Demonstrating IT Department services acumen and effectively leveraging existing IT services to drive positive outcomes and meet client needs.
- Displaying understanding of and supporting Operations business processes.
- Providing knowledge transfer and feedback to assist team and co-workers.

- Experience supporting a system in a manufacturing operation
- Experience with Systems Architecture
- Experience directing development and support vendors
- 4 Year undergraduate degree in IT related field or equivalent job experience
- Excellent client facing, written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills working with clients, vendors, co-workers, and project team members
- Strong strategic, logical / analytical, and creative thinking
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, with the expectation of working as a motivated and cooperative team member.

- Experience with FDA relevant systems and/or processes and computer system validation
