Join us and be part of a team that transforms challenges into opportunities that make a real impact.Position SummaryWe're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for HR operations, helping with everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. You'll play a key part in creating a positive, people-first workplace.Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate with applicants.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead new hire orientation, manage documentation, and support smooth transitions.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS (SuccessFactors a plus), assist with data entry and reporting.
- Benefits Coordination: Help employees navigate benefits enrollment and liaise with providers.
- Employee Relations: Be a friendly first point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and company policies; assist with audits and reporting.
- HR Projects & Events: Support wellness programs, employee engagement initiatives, and HR communications.
- General Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team-scheduling, document prep, and more.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role; experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or related industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Discretion with confidential information
- Familiarity with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Onsite role at the Lindsay, NE facility, Monday through Friday.
- Office environment with occasional visits to the production floor.
- Occasional travel to recruitment events or corporate meetings may be required.
