This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, cultivating partnerships, and ensuring alignment with the school?s Christian mission and values.Required schedule:
Monday 1:00-5:00pm (on-site)
Tuesday: 8:00am-12:00pm (virtual)
Wednesday: 8:00am-12:00pm (on-site)
Thursday: 8:00am-12:00pm (virtual)
Friday: 8:00am-12:00pm (on-site)Part-Time employment- 20 hours per weekDutiesResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and advancement of the school while upholding Christian principles.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders that share the school?s Christian values.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives align with the school?s Christian mission and goals.
- Manage relationships with existing partners, seek opportunities for expansion, and promote Christian values in all partnerships.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity through a Christian lens to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential partners and track progress towards partnership goals with a focus on Christian alignment.
- Coordinate events and activities that reflect the school?s Christian mission and engage partners in promoting Christian values.
- Assist with grant writing and fundraising efforts that support strategic initiatives and uphold the school?s Christian identity.
- Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or partnership management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a Christian perspective
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities guided by Christian principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while upholding Christian values
- Familiarity with the education sector and/or non-profit organizations, with a commitment to Christian education
