- Design and implement comprehensive reliability programs for critical manufacturing equipment
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and develop solutions for recurring equipment issues
- Develop and optimize preventive/predictive maintenance strategies using advanced CMMS systems
- Manage capital improvement projects from conception through implementation
- Oversee contractor relationships and ensure compliance with EHS and MSHA regulations
- Analyze equipment performance data to establish maintenance standards and improve reliability
- Design and modify facilities and equipment to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage technical documentation and maintain engineering specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3-5 years of reliability engineering experience in heavy industrial manufacturing
- Strong background in high-voltage electrical systems and maintenance reliability
- Experience with CMMS platforms and predictive maintenance technologies
- Knowledge of MSHA regulations and mining operations preferred
- Reliability Engineer Certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including partial third shift (55-hour work week)
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing physical tasks regularly
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions
- Comfortable with ladder climbing, crawling, and working at heights
- Must wear appropriate PPE including steel-toed boots and safety glasses
