- Collaborate with a delivery team on a backlog of potential enhancements
- Enrolled in a college degree program or alternative program. (e.g., 4-year university, 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.)
- Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 202 8 .
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship after graduation .
- Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 202 7 .
- Ability to collect, document, and analyze business requirements
- Ability to understand and develop business processes & process flows
- Critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to understand and apply Design Thinking
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Negotiation skills
