We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide exceptional care to individuals dealing with mental health challenges. This role involves understanding patient concerns and creating actionable plans to support their recovery journey.Type: Full-TimeWork Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PMSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus a benefits packagePrimary Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments to identify patient needs and challenges.
- Develop and deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to patient goals.
- Actively contribute to program improvement initiatives.
- Build trust and rapport throughout each counseling session.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Current licensure in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling
- Ability to engage with clients effectively and build positive relationships
- Ability to deliver treatment that is customized to meet the unique needs of every client
