Temp-to-Hire OpportunityAdecco is partnering with a leading Medical Device manufacturer in Madison, WI to hire Small Parts Assemblers! This is an exciting chance to work at a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled Global Headquarters in a clean and modern environment.Pay & Shifts:1st Shift: $18/hr | 6:30am - 3:00pm2nd Shift: $19/hr | 3:00pm - 11:30pmPosition Overview:Assemblers will work with precision components to build and test medical lighting systems and magnification products. This includes the assembly of lights, batteries, loupes, and optical equipment.Key Responsibilities:Assemble lights, batteries, accessories, and optical lenses.Test batteries and lights to ensure quality standards are met.Install headlights on loupes and glue telescopes into eyewear lenses.Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, soldering irons, curing wands, and pliers.Operate small machinery and possibly CNC drills.Read and follow production documentation, SOPs, and manufacturing instructions.Perform visual inspections and quality checks.Package and prepare finished products for shipment.Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company safety policies.Other duties as assigned.Preferred Skills:Soldering experience.Ability to work with small parts and fine detail work.Comfortable using hand tools.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures.Speak, read, and write English proficiently.Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently.Willingness to work overtime during the week and weekends when needed.Why You'll Love This Job:Clean, climate-controlled facility.Opportunity to work with innovative medical technology.Temp-to-hire with long-term career potential.Competitive pay with shift differential.If you are interested and qualified, apply today with your up-to-date resume!Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
