- Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, and performing designated work
- Cooperate with other departments to improve workflow and communication
- Request necessary parts and equipment in advance and verify that the truck is properly loaded for each job
- Document work performed accurately in accordance with company procedures
- Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share industry knowledge
- Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
- Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
- Drive a box truck and ensure that it is properly maintained
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager
- 1+ year of experience as an HVAC Installer (required)
- High School Diploma, GED, or Tech/Trade School (strongly preferred)
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
