We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Corporate Social Responsibility Senior Manager focused on community impact, volunteering, and relationship management with non-profit partners to help scale TriNet's CSR program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about strategically enhancing positive social impact, strengthening community relations, and have excellent communication skills. They should possess a strong understanding of CSR strategies and practices across multiple locations with a global reach.What you will do
- Strategic Leadership: Work with leadership to scale TriNet's Corporate Social Responsibility Program. Continually evaluate the current CSR program and develop and implement improvements, ensuring the strategic program pillars align with stakeholder priorities and TriNet's Mission and Vision.
- Community Impact: Work with leadership to develop and implement strategies to enhance the TriNet's positive impact on local communities. Work closely with various departments to align community initiatives with business goals.
- Volunteering: Coordinate and promote colleague volunteering programs. Encourage participation and utilize technology platform to track volunteer hours and outcomes.
- Philanthropy and Grant Making: Develop and manage programs for charitable giving, including the administration of TriNet Foundation grants to non-profit organizations. Assess and evaluate grant applications to ensure alignment with TriNet's CSR objectives.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with non-profit and community partners. Ensure that partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with the TriNet's CSR objectives.
- Disaster Relief: Manage TriNet's Colleague Disaster Relief program, including coordination with technology partners and utilizing the platform to support colleagues in times of crisis
- Program Development: Design and execute programs that address community needs and support non-profit partners.
- Reporting: Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of CSR initiatives. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Partner with departments across the organization to activate employee engagement programs and integrate the Foundation's mission throughout the company culture.
- Event Planning: Organize and manage CSR-related events, including community service days, fundraisers, and awareness campaigns.
- Budget Management: Establish and manage the budget for CSR activities, ensuring funds are allocated effectively and transparently.
- Advocacy: Promote TriNet's CSR efforts internally and externally. Represent TriNet at community events and forums.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Typically 12+ years CSR, community relations, or non-profit management required and
- Typically 12+ years Global, in-office and remote workforces preferred
- Proven track record in developing and managing CSR programs. (Advanced proficiency)

Occasional travel required, as well as occasional evening and weekend availability to attend community events and represent TriNetWork Environment
