You'll be working side-by-side with our acting Property Manager, learning the ropes of daily operations, resident communications, leasing, vendor relations, and property upkeep. You'll gain a real-world foundation in the business of managing multifamily or vacation rental properties - with direct coaching and room to grow.What You'll Be Doing:Learning and applying property management systems and software.Assisting in managing resident communications, renewals, and move-ins/outs.Supporting leasing functions, scheduling tours, and handling inquiries.Helping coordinate repairs and vendor scheduling.Learning financial basics like rent collections, budget tracking, and reporting.Maintaining daily operations and helping enforce property policies.Taking initiative to solve guest or resident concerns with a hospitality-first approach.Aloha Spirit is Essential:This company operates with Aloha at the core of everything we do.
