- Monitor internal control system and track activity metrics data for service level agreement requirements.
- Responsible for the overall monitoring, ordering, and distributing of supplies to the floor for equipment (e.g. paper, toner, staples, etc.)
- Assess and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through written and verbal communication and follow-through.
- Assist team with equipment diagnosis and resolve maintenance/repair issues.
- Achieve expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs or replace equipment components as necessary.
- Demonstrate required competencies associated with assigned equipment.
- Interacts with external customers to determine service needs on equipment and ensure an overall high level of customer satisfaction with the service performed.
- Maintain a productive and professional relationship with internal and external client(s).
- Promote safety as outlined in the MCP guidelines, as it relates to all business practices.
- Minimum two to three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience as a technician working with business technology, such as copiers, printers, and facsimile machines.
- A thorough working knowledge of copiers, printers, and facsimiles, as well as basic computer skills, is required.
- Proven track record and troubleshooting skills of digital copiers, printers, and facsimiles.
- Must have a methodical approach to resolving problems.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Must know a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Some analytical ability is required to prioritize work.
- A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential.
